These documents are operational drafts for the XenLook C2PA Certification Authority. They do not constitute legal advice. Final interpretation rests with competent courts.

Scope

These Terms apply to use of c2pa.xenlook.com (CA Portal). They do not apply to xenlook.com chat, media studio, or other platform services.

CA services are limited to the Republic of Korea (from Mar 2027) and Japan (from Jun 2027). Model governing law is the Republic of Korea.

Permitted use

Users may apply for certificates, track applications, read transparency data, and use APIs for lawful purposes.

Abusive automation, intrusion, impersonation, and fraudulent applications are prohibited.

Intellectual property

Portal UI, documentation, and branding belong to XenLook Inc. CPS, CRL, and public PKI artifacts follow their respective policies.

Disclaimer

Refer to operational SLA (/practices) for availability targets while noting pre–Trust List pilot status.

Governing law

Republic of Korea law applies.
