Who made it, whether AI was used, whether it was edited later.

The provenance record that travels with the file—like a food label.

The record can travel when you copy the file.

Alter the bytes and verification fails. Audits care about this evidence.

Home check looks for a record, a matching signature, and unchanged bytes.

Greener usually means intact; red means missing or broken.

Some tools may show untrusted before Trust List listing—that is expected.

Not the same as uploading a photo to inspect. Teams that sign products apply here.
